Tombulu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelapor\/Korban, Tomi Polii (36 tahun, Kristen, Buruh), melaporkan ancaman yang diterima dari Purwanto (53 tahun, Kristen, Sopir) setelah terjadi perselisihan pada malam tersebut. Purwanto mengancam dengan kata-kata keras, menyebabkan Pelapor merasa takut. Tomi Polii kemudian melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke kantor Polsek Tombulu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kepolisian mengambil tindakan cepat dengan mendatangi tempat kejadian perkara (TKP) dan mengundang korban, pelaku, serta pihak terkait ke kantor Polsek Tombulu. Melalui mediasi dan pertemuan antara korban dan pelaku, Purwanto mengakui kesalahannya dan berjanji untuk tidak mengulangi perbuatannya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam proses mediasi, korban menerima permintaan maaf dari pelaku, dan keduanya sepakat untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan secara kekeluargaan tanpa melibatkan proses hukum lebih lanjut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dijelaskan Kapolresta Manado Kombes Pol Julianto Sirait melalui Kasi Humas Ipda Agus Haryono Dengan disaksikan personel Polsek Tombulu, korban dan pelaku membuat surat pernyataan bersama, menandatangani pernyataan tersebut, menyatakan bahwa masalah tersebut dianggap telah selesai secara kekeluargaan. Ancaman pembunuhan yang terjadi di Perum Viola pun berujung damai berkat upaya Polsek Tombulu dalam menyelesaikan konflik tersebut.<br>Penulis :
